The Wisconsin Oral Health Coalition (WOHC) is pleased to announce that it recently partnered with five oral health workforce educators (OHWEs) for each of the five public health regions of Wisconsin.
Our own Board member, Adina Ness, RDH, MS, DMD, DDS, is covering the Southern Wisconsin region.
The OHWEs will provide resources, training and technical assistance to local health departments and the oral health workforce on three oral health topics:
- Fluoride varnish application;
- Community water fluoridation (CWF); and
- Local public health department oral health capacity building.
Just another way the FDC is linked to oral health improvements in our community and region!
