Dr. Alison Taleb, our esteemed lead dentist, is renowned for her compassion and dedication to providing exceptional dental care. Beyond her professional life, Dr. Alison enjoys a rich and fulfilling personal life, cherishing time spent with her husband and daughter, Amelia. Her love for travel and family adventures provides fresh perspectives and inspiration, fueling her passion for creating positive impacts both in and out of the dental office. Dr. Alison’s practice is a “judge free zone,” welcoming patients returning to dental care with open arms and offering a welcoming environment. She is always open to questions and continuously invests in her professional development and the well-being of the community. Taylor joined Fowler Dental as a Dental Assistant and started Monday May 13th, 2024.

She recently just got married and is going to college for coding and billing for helth care. She has been assisting for 5+ years and loves it. She took a break to start a business with her mom that takes care of residents in her home, making it 24/7 care. She is excited to get back into dental because she has always loved it!

Vanessa joined Fowler Dental Clinic as a Dental Assistant in October 2024. Raised in Monroe, she began her dental career in Madison before returning home to be closer to family. She was drawn to Fowler’s mission of providing compassionate, community-focused care, especially to those who need it most.

A constant learner and team player, Vanessa is currently completing the Expanded Function Dental Assistant (EFDA) program at Madison Technical College. She consistently goes the extra mile to grow in her role—whether she’s mastering new skills, such as scanning for same-day crowns and digital dentures, or stepping in to help with emergency patients. Her dedication enables us to continually improve care for our patients every day.

Vanessa is known for her warm smile, upbeat energy, and friendly, chatty nature that puts both patients and teammates at ease. She’s passionate about creating a welcoming environment and loves being part of a team that truly cares. Outside of the clinic, Vanessa enjoys golfing, hiking, spending time with her family, and hanging out with her beloved mini golden doodle, Teddi.
