Stephanie Ruffi resides in Monroe with her husband, their three children, and their dog. She holds a degree in psychology with a concentration in healthcare administration and has always been drawn to roles centered on helping and serving others.

As Executive Director at Fowler, Stephanie is proud to support and advance a mission she deeply believes in. She is passionate about changing the way people think about dental health—especially by reaching children and families, helping them better understand oral health, and connecting them with valuable resources.

Stephanie’s life is grounded in service, kindness, and generosity. She believes true purpose is found in helping others and making a meaningful impact in their lives.

Outside of her professional work, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her family—whether that means heading up north to Lake Michigan or Lake Superior, or relaxing together on the beaches of Florida. She often says she’s never met a stranger; given the opportunity, she can strike up an enjoyable conversation with anyone. Stephanie believes everyone has a story worth hearing—and she’s always willing to listen.

Dr. Alison Taleb, our esteemed lead dentist, is renowned for her compassion and dedication to providing exceptional dental care. Her extensive education and rigorous training under some of the world’s leading pioneers have equipped her with unparalleled skills and knowledge. Dr. Alison’s approach integrates both functional and esthetic considerations, transforming smiles with precision and care through advanced techniques such as the Bioclear Matrix System. Her commitment to utilizing the most advanced technologies ensures superior outcomes and exemplifies her dedication to the highest standards of care. Additionally, Dr. Alison is affiliated with multiple organized dentistry groups, further reflecting her commitment to professional development and excellence.

Beyond her professional life, Dr. Alison enjoys a rich and fulfilling personal life, cherishing time spent with her husband and daughter, Amelia. Her love for travel and family adventures provides fresh perspectives and inspiration, fueling her passion for creating positive impacts both in and out of the dental office. Dr. Alison’s practice is a “judge free zone,” welcoming patients returning to dental care with open arms and offering a welcoming environment. She is always open to questions and continuously invests in her professional development and the well-being of the community. Her enthusiasm for dentistry is matched by her dedication to fostering lasting relationships and creating beautiful, healthy smiles.

Taylor joined Fowler Dental in 2024 as a Dental Assistant and quickly became a valued member of the team. With over five years of experience, she has developed a strong passion for dentistry and providing excellent patient care. She earned a degree in Coding and Billing and has transitioned into the role of Billing Coordinator. Her well-rounded knowledge allows her to understand every aspect of dentistry, helping her better serve patients by guiding them through their treatment plans and insurance coverage.

Taylor lives in Monroe with her husband and their lively household of three dogs and two cats. Outside of work, she enjoys music, attending concerts, reading, shopping, and spending quality time with her family.

Vanessa joined Fowler Dental Clinic as a Dental Assistant in 2024. Raised in Monroe, she began her dental career in Madison before returning home to be closer to family. She was drawn to Fowler’s mission of providing compassionate, community-focused care—especially for those who need it most.

A dedicated learner and strong team player, Vanessa completed the Expanded Function Dental Assistant (EFDA) program at Madison Technical College. She consistently goes the extra mile to grow in her role, whether mastering new skills like scanning for same-day crowns and digital dentures or stepping in to assist with emergency patients. Her commitment helps the team continually enhance the quality of care provided every day.

Vanessa is known for her warm smile, upbeat energy, and friendly, outgoing personality that puts both patients and teammates at ease. She is passionate about creating a welcoming environment and loves being part of a team that truly cares. Outside of the clinic, Vanessa enjoys golfing, hiking, spending time with family, and relaxing with her beloved mini goldendoodle, Teddi.

Rianna has a strong passion for helping others and a growing interest in the dental field. As a dental assistant, she enjoys supporting patients and contributing to a positive, comfortable experience during their visits. She is pursuing a degree in dental hygiene, where she hopes to build a rewarding career focused on patient care and promoting lifelong oral health.

Outside of academics and work, she enjoys staying active through sports and spending time outdoors. She especially loves heading up north to fish, relax on the boat, and enjoy nature. In her free time, she also enjoys baking, which gives her a creative outlet and a way to share something meaningful with others.

She is motivated, hardworking, and excited to continue learning and growing as she takes the next steps toward her future in the dental field with Fowler!
